By placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read them before purchasing.

2. What we sell

We sell digital business guides ("blueprints") delivered as PDF files. Each blueprint is an in-depth written guide, typically over 400 pages, focused on starting a specific type of business. These are digital products only. No physical item will be shipped.

Blueprints are generated at the time of your order so that you receive the current edition of the guide you purchased.

3. Ordering and payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed, at which point a contract of sale is formed between you and BASE CORE SAS.

Depending on your location, applicable taxes may be added at checkout or included in the displayed price.

4. Delivery

Your blueprint is delivered by email, as a download link or attachment, to the email address you provide at checkout. Because each blueprint is generated at the time of order, delivery is usually fast but can take up to a few hours.

If you have not received your blueprint within a few hours of ordering, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at contact@basecore.fr and we will resend it.

5. License and permitted use

When you purchase a blueprint, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes. You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercialize the blueprint;
  • share, publish, or distribute the blueprint or substantial parts of it;
  • remove any branding or copyright notices from the document.

All content remains the intellectual property of BASE CORE SAS or its licensors.

7. Educational purposes only

Our blueprints are educational and informational resources. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

Starting a business involves risk. We make no guarantee of business results, revenue, or profitability. Any figures, examples, or scenarios in a blueprint are illustrative and depend on factors outside our control. Regulations and market conditions change: always verify current requirements with the relevant local authorities before acting.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BASE CORE SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a blueprint or the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you reside. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page.
